Please share any contact of any renowned experienced lawyer to ask the clarifications and legal advice on the below case. We are part of tamilnadu state

My grandfather had divided his land through a panchayat settlement between my father and my fatherโ€™s brother. My uncle was given agricultural land with proper water facilities, while my father received non-agricultural land without any water but little more land than his brother. Because no access to water

My father worked hard to develop his portionโ€”he converted it into cultivable land, arranged water access, put the fencing now it will a good agricultural land

Later, when my uncle decided to sell his share, he asked my father to sign the documents, and my father agreed and signed

Now, after many years, my uncle has filed a case claiming that the land was never divided. He is also stating that his portion of the land was sold jointly by all of us. We didโ€™n took a single penny from the amount

Additionally, he added ancestral (mother) land is not divided that one also needs to be divided.

This situation has caused significant stress for my father, my father and our family put all the years effort to make the land proper. We need a help and we are seeking valid point to defend our position and legal guidance.

this kind of dispute becomes emotionally heavy because it is not just about ownership on paper anymore but years of labour and improvement your father put into the land after the family understanding was already acted upon the part that usually matters most in cases like this is how the long term possession and conduct of both sides can be shown because your uncle earlier selling his portion with your fathers signature may end up becoming an important detail later also once ancestral property gets added into the case things often become more complicated than the original dispute have you gathered all old records yet like sale documents tax receipts water connection records fencing expenses or anything showing your father was openly treating and developing that land as his own for all these years
