I am starting new local business in Maharashtra. And I am finding workers for my business. I want to make such legal contract or something, so my workers after quite this job can’t work in same business. Is this possible?

Hello. I’m a Delhi based lawyer. Restraint of trade clauses must be reasonable, only then they’re considered valid and enforceable under certain circumstances. Else they’re considered to be in violation of Sec 27 of contract act. Happy to discuss.
