Hello, can someone please help with the steps to be followed to file a case on a used car dealer for selling a car with major concern and not fixing them.

This operator provided a 3 months comprehensive warranty. But, not at all providing proper support in fixing a major issue identified in the automatic car.

I am fed up with their attitude and denial of issues and would like to take the legal route. I have proofs that the car is defective based on scans at OEM Service Center.

I feel they are just passing time to reach the warranty expiry date and wash their hands off.

Any suggestions/ recommendations please? Based out of MH.
