Background context…
I am a student, and have been think of an project to show inner workings of the government on a single source, all from the RTI itself.

So my question is, what are the limits of an RTI, can I ask RTI about how money was spent on a project. All projects under construction. Fair market value of those projects. Lab/Test for those projects. And generally how things are handled at state level.

What about government employees, what data about government employees is available? overall most of necessary stuff required to make government more transparent.

Will an RTI help me obtain data on an Minister’s monthly spending. Etc.

And are RTI annonymous? Will my name/address be handed to the offce handling the report? If yes, is there an provision to prevent any retaliation against me for filling for such info.
