Lok Adalat Advice for A Red Light Violation Challan

Hi,

My sister violated a red light due to her being late to the exams.

If she wouldn’t have violated the red light, she would have missed the bus and could have missed the exam as the centre is 80 kms away from city

1. Can i get the challan cancelled due to exams reason or not?

2. If not, how can i settle this in lok adalat.

Challan worth 2000rs. And it is very big amount for me as a student🫠
