Looking for professionals, preferably (though not mandatorily) from Delhi NCR, to assist in creating a private family trust and/or possibly an offshore trust. Please suggest some dos and don’ts to help me find a competent fiduciary. What would be considered a “reasonable” fee for such an expert ?

          Fees and other aspects depend on the quality of the lawyer, good lawyers usually charge a good amount but then your documentation is pretty solid to cover all aspects of future disputes and holding interest of founder trustees at high stakes through legal documentation.
