  Yes, if you try normal customer channels first, clarify your ask (refund, compensation, etc) l, and show the impact of delay. Bus Service operator may be counterparty and not MMT but try.

    The have a clause which says something in the lines like – roads are unpredictable, can’t guarantee to reach on time

    3rd party bus. I had to book another bus because I had office the next day

  You can threaten them, but don’t expect much from a consumer court case on this kind of damages and anyone who tells you otherwise is deluded.

    Booked through mmt, had to book another bus and they are not refunding the money
