SI am based out of hyderabad and have been married for 4 years. It was a love marriage. Problems began since the beginning of the marriage. Now me and my wife are living like roommates. No physical intimacy for the last 2 years.
Questions:
1. How do I prove this? I mean what proofs do I need to submit in court?
2. What should I do to protect myself and my family?
3. What are the chances of me having to pay alimony?
4. I’m debt ridden and on the verge of losing my job(lay offs). Will this be considered for the settlement?Also any idea how much would the legal costs come to?

If your wife accepts for divorce it will hardly take 6 months to get the divorce and settle your matrimonial dispute or else it may take longer even for settlement and close your disputes.
