**Hey everyone, I recently got Jio AirFiber installed in Guntur. It worked perfectly for the first 2 days (pushed 500GB, streamed 1080p60 ultra-low latency), but now it’s unusable for streaming.**
**The Issue:**
* **Packet Loss: 43% consistent loss at the first gateway hop (192.0.0.1).**
* **Local Ping: 1ms to router (192.168.31.1), so the internal network is fine.**
* **Signal: Excellent RSRP (-65 to -70 dBm) with clear line of sight to a 500m tower.**
* **App Glitch: MyJio App says “Green” but fails to reboot the router (Unable to connect).**
**The Problem with Support:**
**Technicians (“LKG students”) just run a speed test, see 30Mbps, and say “everything is fine,” ignoring the jitter/packet loss.**

**Has anyone faced this? Is this “Sector Congestion” or did my ODU burn out after the 500GB marathon? Any advice on forcing Jio to send an L2 Senior Engineer?**
