  Medibuddy sold their gold membership for 5 years in 2023 with only ₹1000 per year charge. They abruptly revoked it in 2024 citing policy violations. This has happened to multiple people. They are blocking people who are tagging them in twitter with the isssue. They didn’t even refund the remaining years money.

  Complied to consumer forum but got same reply that I received on email.
  
  They even sold one coupon code that can be used with other phone number for same 5yr duration. They revoked that after one year.
  
  How these new age startups doing these kind of fraud daylight and getting rid of everything.
  
  Do we have something similar like RBI ombudsman?
