A few weeks back, ordered 12 kids shirt set from meesho. Instead of 12, received only 4. Placed a complaint and they told me to stay assured and that they’ll give me the refund for the remaining 8 shirts and will also help me return the delivered 4 for a refund.
Few days later, no refund no return processed from their side and the 14-day-return-window was closed. I raised a request a second time and they said they’re facing system failure and to call them later. Today, they’re saying it is out of their policy. What do I do??
It’s 2200 down the drain and I really can’t afford much at the moment.
