Hi all my sister met with an accident, car came and hit my sister where she had a knee Surgery and since she had health insurance whole bill around 3 lakhs was paid from health insurance.Now we filled a fir and complaint against the other and planning to move legally.now our advocate says that since we already claimed health insurance that amount will not be included from other party is that true or is advocate is making us fool
