Met with an accident, need advice!

When I was driving my car and about to turn right side by horning, a guy riding Honda Activa bumped me. Since, it was raining and he was unable control his vehicle and hit my car that caused minor damage near the front wheel of my car and his vehicle also got damage at front bumper.

now He is trying to portraying that it was my mistake and saying that I was driving fast. But, I was driving slowly.

He took the photo of my car. Stating he will file the complaint.

I didn’t plan to file complaint since my damage was very minimal and didn’t want to go through the hassle.

Now since he stated he’s going to file the complaint, what should I do as a precautions or is it necessary I also file the police complaint

I have installed but this right side to the car and haven’t captured it

Where was the scooter rider coming from, opposite side or same side. If opposite side then turning right means you were cutting across this road and right of way so in my eyes you are at fault.

If he was alongside you then it all depends where he was in relation to your car etc….
