April 13, 2025 at 3:27 amHi. Iβm a lawyer here. You can totally sue them, if youβve got enough evidence. Itβs a case of extreme negligence and deficiency in service. You can either file it yourself or engage a lawyer, to aptly draft a complaint and present your case before the District Commission. The first step is to either send a legal notice or straightaway draft and file a complaint along with proof. -
