What are my options here? Can I sue dmart in consumer court? Will my issue be addressed? What is the process? Appreciate any inputs.

Hi. I’m a lawyer here. You can totally sue them, if you’ve got enough evidence. It’s a case of extreme negligence and deficiency in service. You can either file it yourself or engage a lawyer, to aptly draft a complaint and present your case before the District Commission. The first step is to either send a legal notice or straightaway draft and file a complaint along with proof.
