April 21, 2025 at 2:26 pmHello guys!!I am in frustration for how the government officials just waste your time for a NOC where every document is already legal and there are no issues.
I live in mumbai MHADA building. I want to get a mortgage loan for which I would require a NOC from this property.
Our building society has been closed and election will take time to happen again. So, only person to obtain a NOC is the government official who just gives weeks or months with no proper justification.
Can anyone please guide me?

April 21, 2025 at 2:57 pmif you have applied for NOC you must be having some document for the claim right.
send a legal notice to the board through an advocate and make sure to mention the concerned officer who you been approaching till up to the higher officials in the hierarchy.
2. file an RTI regarding the status quo of your application
3. file a grievance in Maharashtra grievance portal.
