Mismatch in apartment registration deed

My father’s registration deed of residential apartment has a problem in only one page. Thoughout the deed, the size of covered area and parking area is correvtly mentioned. However, there is a page titeled, “Major information on the deed”, where in place of parking area, covered area is mentioned and vice versa.

Now my father is transferring the flay to me though gift deed. My lawyer said he will correct in the new deed but can’t do anything on the old. Is that fine? Will it cause any issue if I sell the flat in future.
