February 24, 2025 at 11:56 amHi all,
I recently purchased a product online from a small business. The product is βsimilarβ to the pictures advertised but not the same. To be specific- the images had the product hand embroidery and the product received has machine embroidery. They are refusing to refund as their policy says refunds are provided for wrong products only. Can someone tell me what I can do in this situation. It was quite expensive and I donβt want to keep the product.Thank you

February 24, 2025 at 12:24 pmI highly doubt it as it was an expensive product. But if I were to proceed with legal proceedings, what would be the procedure?-

February 24, 2025 at 12:27 pmWhat is the difference between the national consumer helpline and getting a lawyer? Iβve heard many people got their issues resolved by filing complaints on NCH too.-
