. I can’t get my father’s income certificate because he hasn’t filed ITR (Income Tax Return). I don’t know what to do or how to proceed. Please give me some advice on how my father can file ITR, since he sends money to my mother’s account. I need to show income proof in my college so that my fees can be reduced.
