USo my father got a divorce in 2013 and to reduce tha almony my father gave his house to his brother legally and when my grandmother died my uncle’s family was trying to sell the house without us knowing
so we lived in a farm we still do
and my father sold his vehicle his pets and more things it all costed like 3-4 lakhs or more, he gave up on everything and gave away it to my uncle to get his house backand he is a farmer so he don’t have a proper source of income
to feed us to pay for our school fees to pay back the money he borrowed from people he sold our house
he made a dumb decision to let my same uncle borrow 23 lakh rupees from him, it’s been 4-5 years now or more, my father wants the money back with interest,(40 lakhs rupees)if he invested it somewhere else he will atleast get some more rupees and also he did a lot of labour work and everything for themAnd my uncle is a millionaire he earns crore rupees per years he is filled with arrogance
He is not paying our money back and the farm we live in belongs to my uncle and he can kick us out whenever he wants
My father another eldest brother was trying to maintain peace between my father and his brother(my uncle the one who is not going money back) now my uncle feed him money to get on his side
My father wants to fight with my uncle but he’s filthy rich and we’re not, that’s not a smart decision to do that but what else can my father do his brother always says that he will pay him after this date after that dateMy father’s whole family is against him(my father)
We don’t have any legal proof of my father giving my uncle money i suggested him to record the conversation next time they have itSorry for the long post please ignore my broken english and is there any legal advice or anything we can do?
