PI eat my lunch out daily in local restaurants that are below my office building. Recently i have noticed that after eating lunch while iam at work I feel like my whole nervous system is under attack and there is extreme brain fog. I can’t think properly after eating lunch. What can i do? I suspect some tampering is done with my food like some heavy metal mixing or any other substances are being mixed. How can I investigate if someone has instructed the outlet chef to mix something in my dish? Im not being paranoid symptoms are real.

BOrder for take out, Send it to food lab,
Ask them for content of analysis report for heavy metals, it will cost you 1-2k“If the lab questions why you wanna test the food, tell them you are a vendor who wants to order from this restaurant for your employees and the boss needs to send the report to fassai and check if everything is ok or not”
Say anything else and the lab might temper the reports.

BSome of the lab don’t want to represent their reports in court of law, therefore they give ok test reports.

BThey can get away with Fake ok report , but a report which shows adultered material will be an issue as the food vendor can get another report from other lans based on bribe, and now the first lab has to justify their reports
