April 18, 2025 at 2:29 pmMy friend got scammed out of 13k while trying to buy black RCB match tickets through Instagram. He made the payment via Paytm, but after the transaction, the seller stopped responding and blocked him. Is there any way he can recover the money or take legal action against the scammer? Any advice would be really helpful. -

These two are the only options. -

April 18, 2025 at 2:58 pmBuying tickets in black itself is illegal how can you take legal action against the seller then. It’s like saying I wanted pot, it’s illegal but I paid the guy for it but he ran away. -

April 18, 2025 at 3:09 pmNo advice! In India if you’re dealing with a no name party then always pay while you’re getting the goods or services. This is applicable to any services like plumbing, cleaning or carpenters. Nobody will pick up your call once payment is done. -
