The only thing you can do it is to bribe the tehsildar office, change records and silently sell it keeping the sister entangled in legal battle. -

January 18, 2025 at 1:58 amWhat’s wrong with you? It’s people like you who want to keep India stuck in the dark ages.If he gave each person 3 acres while he was alive and there are 4 siblings then each sibling should rightfully get 5.5 acres total.
Why should the son get to claim it all and the daughters get nothing more? You shouldn’t be worried about the land, you should be worried about your archaic thinking.

January 18, 2025 at 2:03 amclaps to you just criticising my methodology of thinking with just 5 lines of question i wrote .
i just shared my opinion and do you know how hard is it earn a land here in india not a day after marriage they have taken care of their father one son and two daughter are very careful about him but one daughter never took care of him never been to hospital when he was in critical stage and my grandfather doesnt like here and said before dying that and he just died suddenly without testfying will . so is it correct to claim asset just like that .
archaic thinking🫨🫨-
