My mentally unstable and abusive father is threatening to kick me, my mother and younger my sister out.

This is my first ever Reddit post and Im writing because I don’t know what to do. We are a muslim family of 4. My mother (housewife) has taken care of my father and his parents throughout their marriage except for 4 years when he had gotten transferred (they have come to visit). They’ve been married for almost 30 years now, have always lived together. My grandmother and father, both have been extremely abusive (verbal and emotional) and it has been a common knowledge even though my mother has never spoken about it to anyone. After both his parents’ deaths, Nobody from his extended family is in touch with him or even likes talking to him.
Recently, he was acting up again to which I took charge and fought back, because he was mocking my maternal grandparent’s death , my maternal uncle’s death due to cancer etc, and how we will die just like them and was further on abusing constantly. He then kicked and pushed the chair where my mother was sitting completely towards the table hurting her. It is then I took charge and fought aggressively back. It got somewhat a little physical from both ends. And now he is threatening to leave my mother and kick me (F23, unmarried), my mother(F48) and my sister out(F14), and the situation has been very tense.
The problem is that I am working but on a contract and cannot negotiate a decent salary for the next 2 years with my company. The pay is very minimal, hence I cannot help my mother and sister financially. And mom is not financially independent either. If this becomes a legal case, what are my rights based on the Islamic law or however it goes in court? What can I do?
