May 4, 2025 at 11:22 amhello,My mother passed away(2002) before my maternal grandfather(2010,he had 2 children,my mom and my mama) & My maternal grandmother passed away even before my mother’s marrriage,my uncle(mama) made a legal heir certificate showing himself as my nana’s sole legal heir,at that time i was a minor and my father was employed abroad and only came to attend ceremonies and could not be present for legal heir certificate and property transfer process.
Last year my father passed away, after that my mama has been trying to manipulate me for his own benefits, putting his nose in my finances. So when i was making the legal heir certificate of my father,i learnt that children of pre-deceased daughter are also considered a Class 1 legal heir.
As far as i know there was no will(not sure),one of the properties of my nana was transfered using mutation/dakhal kharij.(main reason for assuming there is no will).
What are my options here?
And 2 more questions
How can i know what assets my grandfather had at the time of his death?(i know about 3 properties but there may be more)
How can i know how cash/cash equivalent was there at his time of his death?(My father had most assets in FD & MF at the time of his death,i think my grandfather had more in Property assets but still then i need to know)
How should i proceed?
