Myntra closed the status saying this need help

So i recently placed a order on myntra and they delivered the order but on order status they changed it to cancelled so I can’t return the product that’s why i filed a complaint on NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE and they remarked this : No response need to probe for more details

Follow up with the consumer helpline. You can call their number and ask them to send another reminder to Myntra.
