Name change in passport or other documents?

In my Passport,10th marksheet, LC, Marriage certificate I’ve name Like Surname-MyName-FathersName but in adhar, pan, employment, degree and all other places I’ve juts MyName-Surname.
Shall I proceed with updating my adhar card and othrr documents to match with my Passport name or should I just change my name in passport? Which one would not create problem in future ?
