ADVOCATE HERE. To exit from a company, labour law isn’t material, contractual obligations i.e. norms of your appointment are. However, if you are harassed at your workplace, of course labour law comes to rescue. Given that it is Bangalore, I’m given to believe that you will require everything in formal through proper channel, else, they will merely delay/put you in difficulty. My best wishes.
