She can’t file any suit against you just for having intimate photos or videos of her, as long as they were shared with her consent during the relationship and you do not share them with anyone else. However, do not attempt to share or threaten to share such content with anyone doing so would be a serious offense under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the BNS 2023, and could result in criminal charges. On the other hand, if you do not have any such photos or videos and she still files a suit, she won’t be able to take legal action against you on that ground alone , try to collect and preserve any kind of evidence related to her such as conversations or threatening messages sent by her as it can help you if any legal issue arises in the future.

Thank you so much! Yes, I don’t have any pictures or videos, and I’ve already taken screenshots of our chats as proof. Is there anything else I should do to prepare? Is there any kind of preventive complaint or legal step I can take in advance?

I’m not scared because I’ve done something wrong — I’m scared because even false charges can cause huge trouble. What if my parents find out? What if the police authorities cause me trouble? Even if I’m innocent, it can ruin my reputation and peace of mind

She just defending herself cause she got caught, nothing is stopping her from tainting your name, don’t contact her which might agitate her, let her be

She wants to get back together, and she said she might go to the police if I don’t, but she only mentioned it once and hasn’t brought it up again. Do you think I should still file an FIR for harassment now? I honestly just don’t want to get into any legal trouble because of her.

Get this recorded in a call somehow will help and talk to a lawyer they will guide, mostly better to keep a case of harassment ready, will have an advantage if things go wrong
