D32 M married, have 6 months old daughter. Marriage has been on the rocks. I own no property and have been earning a meagre salary.
Been 18 months and my wife’s behaviour with my mom and a 16 year old sister has been rude.
She has fought, pushed me, misbehaved with my mother and created a scene outside the house making sure everyone hears it.
Accused me of multiple things which proved to be wrong eventually.
My father in law has abused me multiple times and mother in law has abused my mom too.
They have stated multiple times that they would pursue legal route if I do not give in to their demands of paying her exorbitant amount monthly.
Relationship has reached beyond repairs and i have lost interest completely and want to part ways. Keep in mind that she has been employed too.
Any legal advice would be of great help TIA.

AStart lawyering up. But I have seen marriages getting saved also because one the two were adjustable. Your in laws are the problem here, and probably there is a deeper reason why they want you to pay your wife money
– She is saving for herself
– They feed off her money for whatever need
– They will divorce and anyways want to extract maximum
– You truly make her beg you for daily things
– You are still not taking independent decisionsBy the way, your mother can file a domestic violence case against your wife. And I’d suggest once you go legal, go to the end.
