April 25, 2025 at 9:45 pmA week ago one of my friends from US wanted some cuban cigars , I purchase them through back channel route at duty free at same rate and the friend wanted to pick up 45 sticks of cubans for 4.26 lakh , went to Delhi on a personal Trip and got them to him safely, now after consuming few sticks , he claims his cigars are damaged and fake and expects me to refund him from my pocket and later collect back the cigars and do whatever I want with it, I said i can have the damaged cigars replaced, but not refunded , now being threatened legally , need advice on how i can deal with this. -

If you have received your money, be cool about it. Also, if your friend is in the US, definitely read about USA’s stand on Bringing in Cuban goods and/or cigars into the United States: https://www.helpspanish.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-1389?language=en_US
