March 16, 2025 at 4:39 pmMy bike insurance receipt contains a period of liability cover of 5 years(not expired yet) and period of own damage cover of 1 year(expired) which one is actually taken into consideration by the traffic police. Recently I got a challan even though I have insurance why? Shall I pay the challan or complian in pariwahan seva? -

March 16, 2025 at 5:13 pmYou can visit the RTO or Traffic Police Office in person with your insurance documents. If they refuse to cancel the challan despite valid insurance, you can challenge it in a traffic court.-
