Need advice for child custody and other!!

So basically my sister got into fight with both her in laws and husband the reason she found out that her husband is gay,and her husband Beat her up for it but she didn’t tell us because he after apologized and her in laws begged her to not get it out for the sake ofrepudiation and,she also shooked it off for the sake of her 10 month old son,now back to the present her in laws fought with her because the tomato gravy she made was spoiled and then they all went up and put all kinds of blame on her like she’s the worst and lucky to have married their son and their son is the greatest and again they fought this time she was too fed up and took all her thyroid pills and tried to cut her hand veins to suicide and what her in laws did? Tried to stop her and took a video of it,remind you that she also had their videos of talking trash and use abusive words to her and our family including the chat proof of her husband being gay,my sisters being a bit clumsy told them that she had all their proof and her husband beat her upon in rage and took her phone away and told us to take her from their home my father being very angry my uncle went in his place to get her and controlled himself now both my sister and her son is safe at our home but now what to do?how to teach her in laws and husband a lesson? And what will be the process for custody for her son? Please help guys!!!

TLDR: sister got beaten up by her husband and in laws bcz she found out he’s gay and he took all the proof form her, it looks like they are gonna get divorced and gonna fight for her son’s custody!!
