  Today I got my learning license. But temporary and permanent address has same pincode. ( Agent mistake )
  Can I change address of learning license now?

  Once the permanent licence is issued to you and if there is any error in the addresses, you can file an online application through [https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan//en/content/how-get-address-changed-driving-license](https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan//en/content/how-get-address-changed-driving-license) to correct it.
