Need advice on sales lead use

so i was working with a company but they used to make me do overtime without any extra pay, so i resigned but manager never wanted me to resign as i was the top performer but i keft without serving notice as i had an accident, they gave me my all certificates and releaving letters. but they didnt give me 10 days pay for which i worked in fnf, so i have their old dead leads ( 2 years back) and now i have formed my own company selling similar products, if they get to know this, can they sue me?
point 1: i never signed an NDA where it was mentioned that i cant use their leads or join or form similar business, neither it was mentioned in the offer letter

Write a Formal Letter to HR requesting Your Pay for the 10 days work done, by Looping your managers, or any Higher Designators who are directly or Indirectly in contact with You, while u are at work in Past!

Say them Why u resigned and be sorry for unexpectedly making this decision, and politely open up your value, basically your work done in the past!

Tell Them, How much this “Money or the 10 Days Pay” would mean to You! And add a little emotional pinch that ur from Hostel, or parents really need money, or say directly i need money for the work done, but please be Polite!

If they revert backs (HR) to You by saying “The Salary would be Credited in the Coming Cycle” Fine!!!

but what if they get to know that i uss there old leads to generate sales for my company
can they sue me?
never signed any NDA regarding that
