I have a land in ratnagiri district which was my father’s after his death my family inherited that land when I visited for inheritance process I saw someone illegally constructed a half structure of g+2 (started construction in 2016 stopped when my father visited in 2019) , i confronted that person in 2021-22 regarding how he constructed that he’s response was my father sold him that land and just signed on 100rs stamp paper which is gone in flood…. for 2 years he was not active but recently started plastering and other construction again what should I do next!!??Timestamp –
2013 – we left Chiplun ratnagiri for studies and shifted to Mumbai
2015- 2019 till father’s death I was busy in father’s treatment of tumour and earning while dropping out of college ( he died in oct -2019
2016- that guy started construction (local people don’t give us update since they think that person will beat them 😅 if he find out)
2019- father visited that place and found out he tried to sort it out without court and all and the construction was stopped
2020- inheritance on 7/12 is done
2021- I asked the person to show what deal he is talking about and all
2022- same question on call and WhatsApp message i did every month but no response from him
2024- december one of my friends who lived 7-8km away from that plot he thought I’m back so he informed me that plastering and all is happening on that structure
2024- december – written application to grampanchayat and tehsildar office to stop that work
What should I do next can I just do something to demolition of that building??
