Need genuine advice regarding an education loan dispute. I joined an ACCA coaching program through Zell Education with EMI option. Later I found out a loan of around ₹2.5 lakh was processed through Edgro/Propelld and directly paid to the institute. Due to financial and personal issues, I requested cancellation many times, but the institute refused and now recovery/legal notices have started. I’ve already sent legal notice and complaints. Looking for guidance regarding settlement, consumer court, loan closure, and handling recovery pressure professionally.
