Need advice related to bond/service agreement in IT

Hello,
I recently got a new job offer and my current company has a bond agreement for 3 years and if I need to leave by breaking the agreement, I need to pay my 5 months salary and notice period will be 1 month.

I am ready to pay the compensation and leave in the said time but they don’t allow me saying some weird clauses mentioned in agreement that compensation is under the discretion of management and they are trying to extend my notice to 1 or 2 more months

No idea how to get out of this.
Any help will be appreciated
