        I bought something from a site. next day i wanted to cancel it and order a different size and color thing but they said it cant be canceled. In few days, it was delivered and i realized it was too small and i needed a bigger size. So i contacted for return/refund or replacement but they refused saying they dont have a return/replacement policy and to check their FAQ link(i will get to this in a second) . mind you, i requested for return/replacement on the exact same day and it was in brand new condition, yet they refused. Now i had to place a new separate order since they wont agree.
        (their delivery charges is so high, its almost half the product cost !)

        Now coming to their return policy, their FAQ page does state that they dont have any return/refund or replacement policy BUT after checkout when i got to invoice page, it had a link for return policy, which said we can return/replace the product under 30 days. Although their Main return policy states different, the one on the invoice said we can get a refund, that lead me to believe it was possible at first but they refused at the end.

        Now, what are my options? what can i do ?

          try your luck by sending a legal notice.

              but officially they dont have a return policy, only on the invoice one has return policy link

              ADVOCATE HERE. I’m given to presume the product you ordered is of value less than 10K. In such a case, not exactly viable for you to file a case or get a legal notice issued. In this light, alternative propositions are that:
              A. You lodge a complaint over NCH, or
              B. You write an email in legal language (get it checked by a brother-like advocate) stating that if not replaced/returned (whatever you want), then legal remedies will be invoked.
              C. Approach locally established mediation bodies.

              And before you ask, YES, since your invoice mentions so, that will be used to your advantage, and not the main TnC policy. This is something we do for contracts on daily basis. My best wishes.
