One of my friends caught his wife caught with another man going to the hotel room and Offcourse they would have made out.

Now he wants to take a divorce

PS: this incident happened today so want to understand how to go about it.

Firstly he needs to not get emotional or aggressive towards his spouse and be really practical here.

He needs to approach her in private and confront her and inform her that he prefers parting ways and she can also legit her relationship with the man she’s seeing.

No drama nothing just move on mutually.

Collect evidence pertaining to the alleged adultery, if actually intending to divorce the spouse.
