Need corporate lawyer reference

I run a startup in Bangalore (with 2 other directors), we need to create a directors terms sheet with clauses for equity vesting, termination clause, salaries etc, which are not covered by the AOA.

Can anyone refer me to a decent lawyer?

We have just started off, so an expensive one might not really be viable at this point.

I would rather advice to contact CA or CS instead lawyer.
