UOkay so this has been a hassle for me and my mon for so long. My dad passed away in 2022 december. My grandma has been bedridden sick since 2021 december, and currently is in this semi-coma like state where she can’t really do anything.
My parents have three joint properties, three flats, one in delhi, one rohini, one noida, and he also has a salary saving account where he unfortunately forgot to add a nominee. But we can’t get a legal heir certificate since his mom aka his grandma is in such a state and can’t show up to court with me and my mom. There’s funds on line and the expense for my grandma-who is basically a lost cause- still is a lot every month. What can we do?
