Hello, I’m currently dealing with a debt of over 2 crore, including more than 80 lakh across 8 personal loans and 2 credit cards (5 lakh each). The situation has become extremely stressful, and I’m looking at debt settlement .

I would like to handle this without involving my family. It’s very important to me that they are not informed or contacted in any way. I’m also concerned about agents visiting my home unexpectedly, if visits are unavoidable, I would at least need prior notice so I can manage the situation.

I’m looking for guidance on how to begin the debt settlement process, and I would also appreciate any recommendations for legal support or professionals who can assist in handling this discreetly.

My primary concern is maintaining complete privacy while resolving this issue.
