UI need urgent help.
One of my relatives lost his mother three months ago, and now his father (who is approximately 55+) wants to marry someone else. It is highly likely that he is under someone’s influence, and due to the recent incident, he has become mentally unstable.
I need legal advice to protect my relative’s property, which is currently in his father’s name. The concern is that if his father gets married again, there is a high chance that the new spouse might manipulate him into transferring the entire property to her name, especially since he is not in a stable mental condition right now.
