UMy grandfather lost his son due to jaundice, he is married and no kids.
It’s been 4 yrs since his is gone.
She has gone away after his death and came back now asking for money or property
They have a property and it’s on my grandma’s name because it’s inherited
Now she has used some people in the society including mahila mandal etc.. raising a complaint
Her needs are
1. Give one part of the property
2. Use the property now and once other my grandparents are no one she wants it all. Also give 5k as rent to her until their death
She was of no use to the family
She left for 2 years in 2020 and came back only after knowing that he is in a very serious situation
She never lets these old people stay happily.. never cooked food.. never took care of them but raised multiple complaints on my grandparents instead saying.. they have tortured hence she left which is a false allegation
Now what to do here.
Can we raise reverse complaint? Also on people of the society?
