I’m going to apply for a passport. My mother’s name in my birth certificate, 10th marksheet and 12th marksheet is missing her surname. In my documents it’s like Neha but in all of her documents it’s Neha Kumari. Will it cause any issues? If yes what can I do to remedy it?
