Need help getting my security deposit back from one of the Housr kind of agencies.

Hi, as name suggests, I had recently rented a flat from one of the agencies similar to Housr and Zolo. From the very start the house had a lot of issues (water and electricity outages etc) and the managing team was quite unresponsive and at times bullish. Having said that I requested to end the contract and move out early (before the lockin period of 11 months). Now the agency is refusing to return my deposit saying that I violated the lockin clause in agreement. I need legal help to get it back. Willing to pay appropriately. Need urgent help! (This is in Bangalore)
