Need help

Hi guys,
2 days ago I ordered a watch from thrift watches India, instagram page, I saw the reviews and good pieces so I ordered one.

After I paid him he stopped replying my dms and also he has not given me the courier details.

Does anyone know this guy or has ordered anything from him?

What should I do? And how should I register the complaint and how can I get my money back?
