Need help in buying a house

I live in Visakhapatnam and I am looking to buy a small house here.

We have fixed the price to 12 lakh and had paid 2 lakh as advance.
We have prepared a document that we will pay the remaining amount by 3 months
(the advance was paid in January)

But now the owner of that house is demanding 50k extra by saying that others are willing to give even more money.

Please help 🙏

In the agreement you prepared, there will be a clause about what happens when either of buyer or seller backs out of the deal, please check if there is any monetary compensation mentioned there. If not, its upto you to decide if you want to go ahead with the purchase or not.
