Guys I will be selling an agricultural land which has government value at 10 L which will be there on registration paper as well. I will be receiving 30 L as transfer credit for this sale into my account, is there any issue with income tax ?? The agricultural land does not come under municipality it’s in proper rural areas.

Yes. You have to justify the additional 20l.
